Attractive Home Solutions is a small company specializing in those things we do best. Garage storage, storage sheds, wheelchair ramps, and decks are the things that our staff is most uniquely suited to do. We limit our items so that we can concentrate on doing the best job on those items that we do best.

Quality Products and Workmanship
We only represent and use those products that are of good quality and intended for where they will be used. Materials from the big box home suppliers are hand sorted to use the best materials available. We only use products and materials on a job that we would use in our own home.
Our workmanship is second to none. Because our experienced staff specializes on only the services we provide, we can maintain a high level of training and competency in these areas.
Customer Satisfaction
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. A job is not done until you, our customer, is satisfied with the results. The best way to accomplish this is continuous communication so that you know everything about what we are doing, how we are doing it , and when we are doing it. This starts with the first sales contact and continues through to the completion of the project.
We will always encourage our customers to let our staff know if they see or experience something they don't like as soon as it arises and not wait to the end of the project to voice concerns. This allows us to correct any issues as soon as possible, and not leave them lingering.
Honesty
Our staff will always be honest with you during the project. We will say what we will do, and do what we say. We will never promise you a delivery or start date that we do not believe is achievable. Our commitments to you are considered sacred and we strive to do every thing we can to maintain those commitments.
We will always advise you during the sales and quoting process of tradeoffs in material and labor costs that can be made and let you decide what is or is not important to you. This lets you best determine how your hard-earned money is best spent.
Value to our Customers
We strive to make the best balance between keeping our costs down and producing high quality products. Our low company overhead helps to keep our labor rate equal to, or better then, the average for our industry.
Consultation and Quoting
We provide all of our initial consultation and quoting at no charge to you. This is done in your home where our trained sales experts can make sure that what is quoted will properly fit where it is intended. We will work with you during this time to identify the important details of your project. From this, we will produce a detailed quote that will identify the materials to be used, the labor costs, and projected schedule at time of quoting. Note, the final schedule is not set until the contract is signed.
Contract
Once you accept our proposal, we will generate a contract that will use the detailed information in the quote with any changes or additions you have made. The final price and schedule for the project are included in the contract. This contract is the binding agreement between us that identifies what work will be done and when. Upon signing of the contract, 50% of the project cost is due. This is because the projects we do have a high percentage of material costs associated with them. We will then proceed with your project per the schedule we have agreed to.
Contracts are important because they protect both you the homeowner and us the contractor.
Sales Guidelines
We have a strict policy with our sales staff that there will be no high pressure sales tactics. All projects will be quoted and presented to you for your review. It is then up to you to determine if you want to utilize our services.
